Below is a typical plan of action Ucompass takes when providing clients with outsourced infrastructure: 1) Ucompass Technology Team compiles data regarding the technological/infrastructure needs of the client in terms of bandwidth, server capacity and server memory 2) Ucompass sets up client server at its Network Operations Center in Frederick, MD customized to their needs and specifications. Bandwidth implementation is in line with the pre-determined needs of the client. 3) Ucompass installs its Educator e-Learning platform onto the server and creates administrative accounts for the IT Managers 4) Ucompass sets up a dedicated server at its Backup/Redundancy Operations Center in Tallahassee, FL. Up to six times a day, the entire server is backed up onto the Tallahassee server for use in failure of the local server or natural disaster 5) Ucompass Database Integration team performs integration between the client Student Information System and Educator 6) Ucompass takes full responsibility for the 24 x 7 x 365 maintenance and upkeep of the server Server Info: The exact needs of the client will determine the specific manufacturer of server(s) furnished.
