Ed Mansouri
CEO
Ed Mansouri is responsible for the continued development and expansion of Ucompass' education technology solutions. Under Mansouri's direction, Ucompass has established a strong reputation spanning the K-12, higher education and corporate/professional training markets.
A technologist by trade, Mansouri also has more than three years of professional Internet teaching experience and has provided instruction in both synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Mansouri's experiences as a technologist and instructor have enabled him to develop Educator, Ucompass' web-based course management system.
Mansouri holds undergraduate degrees in both Meteorology and Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in Meteorology from the Florida State University.
Bruce Minnick, Esq.
Vice President, Business
As our Vice President-Business, Bruce Minnick is presently responsible for all corporate financial capitalization matters. And as our corporate attorney, Minnick is responsible for all legal, contractual and administrative affairs of the corporation.
Minnick brings to our corporation a unique blend of extensive financial, legal and managerial experience. He served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Field Artillery during the Vietnam era; was Staff Director of the Rules Committee in the Florida House of Representatives; served as general counsel and vice president of the Florida Credit Union League; and from 1981 to 1987, Minnick served as Assistant Attorney General in the Florida Department of Legal Affairs.
Virginia Rancourt
Vice President, Marketing
Virginia Rancourt is responsible for defining Ucompass' sales strategy and executing customer-focused marketing programs.
Prior to being named Vice President, Marketing, Rancourt excelled as Ucompass' Director of Online Sales and Marketing.
Rancourt brings a background in management and education to Ucompass and under her direction, the company's sales efforts have enjoyed substantial growth.
Prior to joining the Ucompass team, Rancourt started and managed a temporary service agency for four years. In addition, she worked with Andersen Consulting as a financial analyst. More recently, she worked with RESPECT of Florida and oversaw the company's move toward product sales through e-commerce.
Andy Dills
Vice President, Technology
Andy Dills is responsible for deploying Ucompass' Network Operations Center. Andy has converted Ucompass from a single server website to a robust, scalable Application Service Provider operation capable of accommodating heavy international demand.
In addition to working with Ucompass, Andy is a founding partner with Xecunet Technologies in Frederick, MD and has overseen the company's technical growth into a mult-million dollar ISP/ASP.
Andy received his education in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Michael Frieder
Chief Operations Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer, Michael Frieder is responsible for the direction of every day staff affairs within the company such as advising the technical support and programming teams.
Prior to becoming Chief Operations Officer, Frieder excelled as a Senior Technical Support Representative and was active in the development of Ucompass' wireless support infrastructure. Frieder was then promoted to the position of Ucompass Manager of Information Systems before being named Chief Operations Officer.
Michael Frieder brings an extensive background in computers and business. As a Cisco Certified Network Associate, Frieder has extensive knowlledge and abilities in the field of computer networking. As well, Frieder has over ten years of programming experience and eight years of hands-on hardware repair experience.
