If URSAN determines your network is offline or unusually slow, it contacts support representatives from your organization as well as Ucompass Technical Support Staff via mobile wireless technology and e-mail. This is a 24x7x365 service provided by Ucompass designed to help insure that the most critical people can always reach your e-learning enterprise - your customers. Shortly after you begin hosting Educator, Ucompass will send you a Baytech Remote Server Reboot Device. This, when connected to the electrical outlet that your server is plugged into, enables URSAN to remotely reboot your machine if it senses there is a lock-up or freeze-up preventing Educator from operating normally. If URSAN determines your network will be offline for a long period of time, it dynamically reroutes traffic to your e-learning enterprise to Ucompass' Secure Offsite Hosting Facility. In addition to working with you to set up onsite redundancy and mission-critical backups, we also perform double offsite backups of your server. Twice daily Level 0 backups are made to Ucompass' Network Operations Center and a once daily backup is made to Ucompass' Secure Offsite Hosting Facility.
